Teach your team to aim, not just to type.
Most AI training stops at "here's how to write a better prompt." That's typing lessons, not strategy.
We build custom AI education programs — for executive teams and full companies — that teach your people how to think about AI, not just how to use it.

What it is
Custom-scoped AI training for 8(a) businesses and mid-sized government contractors. Every program is built for your team, your compliance posture, and the decisions you actually have to make. We scope the shape (executive-only, department-wide, company-wide), the depth, and the delivery format together.
-
One full day. Six to twelve leaders. In person.
The fastest way to align an executive team on AI. We move through four arcs — shared language, GovCon marketability, governance, and 30/60/90-day commitments — with every module built around decisions your team actually has to make. Leaders walk out with configured sparring-partner assistants, a right-sized AI policy direction, and named owners for the next quarter.
Best for: teams that need to move fast, leadership that hasn't aligned yet, or executives about to sit through a vendor pitch.
-
Recurring workshops over four to eight weeks.
Same substance as the one-day session, unpacked across multiple meetings so your team has time to try things between sessions and come back with real questions. Better fit when there's more ground to cover — new AI policy under active development, a bigger org, or a leadership team spread across sites and time zones. Each session is 90 minutes to half a day, with light homework and sparring-partner reviews between meetings.
Best for: teams that want the depth without pulling everyone off the calendar for a full day.
-
Layered curriculum from leadership down to front-line staff.
AI training that meets every level of your company where they actually are. Leadership gets strategy and governance. Middle managers get workflow redesign and how to spot where AI belongs. Front-line staff get safe usage, what tools are authorized for what data, and where to escalate. Includes rollout planning, internal comms templates, and a way to measure whether the training actually changed behavior.
Best for: companies where shadow AI is already happening, or where compliance requires documented AI awareness across the workforce.
-
Targeted training for the teams doing the actual work.
Every function has different AI opportunities and different risks. Capture teams work on pursuit intelligence, competitor analysis, and proposal drafting. Contracts and compliance work on solicitation review, redlines, and clause mapping. Program management works on status reporting, risk tracking, and resource forecasting. HR works on hiring, onboarding, and policy drafting. We build the deep dive around the function's real workflows — not a generic "AI for X" template.
Best for: functions with a clear, repeatable workflow where a focused intervention pays off quickly.
-
Retainer coaching after the formal program ends.
The training gets your team pointed the right direction. The retainer keeps them there. Monthly check-ins, on-demand advisory when a new tool or vendor shows up, help refreshing training when models or policy change, and continued tuning of the sparring-partner assistants configured during the program. This is where most of the compounding return on AI education actually shows up.
Best for: teams that want a standing advisor without the cost of hiring one internally.
What we actually teach
Prompting is one small part. Understanding what the technology is, where it belongs, and how to govern it — that's the rest.
Where AI belongs in your workflow.
Every "AI project" isn't an AI project. We teach your team the automation ladder — manual → automated → AI-augmented — so they can tell the difference.
How to think about AI marketability.
Where AI genuinely changes your competitive position in government contracting, and where it's expensive theater.
How to make AI decisions as a team.
A shared vocabulary, a right-sized policy direction, and named owners — so decisions stop stalling in the executive Rorschach test.
How to spar with AI, not just query it.
Building sparring-partner assistants your team actually uses to think, plan, and pressure-test their own work.
